They have installed our TV twice as we had moved to a new region. They were extremely helpful. When my husband, with his huge hands presses two buttons at once sending the Box into orbit, just a simple call and they were ready to help on the phone guiding me through the steps I need to get us back up again I can highly recommend DNA-TV.
