If you have a system that is getting old and not quite working as it should,
but you don't want to pay a call out fee every time something goes wrong, call DNA-TV and ask us how we can help.
We can offer you professional advice along with a full diagnostic review of your system, repairing or renewing any problems we find, fully guaranteed for the next 12 months, covering all call out fees! (boxes not included - unless purchased with DNA-TV
The service DNA-TV offer is an honest and professional one. The price of each Service Agreement will be given on the day, right after we have finished our survey.
We can rectify the problems there and then for a fixed price or you can opt to take out our Service Agreement.
We are comprehensively insured by AVIVA.
Items not covered:
All boxes, DVD, TV's etc (unless purchased with DNA-TV)
Dish adjusts caused by high winds, tempest, extreme weather conditions.
DNA TV is a registered installer of UK Television in France
